Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore said an arrest has been made in bomb scares at the Muskogee County Courthouse and another alleged threat this morning.
A Muskogee County/City Detention Center spokesman said Jessica Dugger was jailed Monday on complaints of possession, manufacture or threats with a bomb or explosive device as well as resisting arrest and assault on a police officer.
Dugger allegedly called the courthouse Monday to say her husband was driving there to blow the building up with composition-4 explosives.
District Attorney’s Office Investigator Richard Slader said Dugger allegedly phoned the police department Wednesday morning and left a message saying another bomb would explode Thursday, though she didn’t say when.
