A report on a two-boat accident on Lake Eufaula that killed one Saturday and injured five others will go to prosecutors Friday or Monday.
Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Matt Drummond said before noon Tuesday he has witnesses living in Oklahoma City to interview.
The driver of a white Cobalt that hit a Sea Ray from behind, Aaron Jones 24, of Oklahoma City, is cooperating in the investigation, Drummond said.
Greg Scherff, 38, of Oklahoma City died in the crash that sent the Cobalt sailing over the top of the Sea Ray in which Scherff was a passenger, Drummond said.
Both boats were operable after the fatal accident.
Those injured in the Sea Ray have been released from area hospitals, Drummond said.
