Tulsa police are investigating a homicide involving a man who graduated from Muskogee High School.
Tulsa Police Sgt. Dave Walker of the Homicide Division said Donald Braggs, 30, was found dead about 1:36 p.m. Thursday at his home.
Braggs, who graduated from Muskogee High School in 2000, was found by a friend who was concerned because Braggs’ phone was off the hook.
“When the friend got there, the door was ajar,” Walker said. “He could look inside and see, obviously, that Mr. Braggs was deceased.”
Braggs died of an apparent gunshot wound, he said.
Walker said Braggs was last seen leaving the Vegas Club in Tulsa around 2 a.m. Thursday. Club employees said Braggs wasn’t involved in any disturbances before he left.
“Right now we’re trying to locate the last person to see him alive,” Walker said.
