A man was burned when a vehicle he was in burst into flames Saturday night at the Garden of Lights, a Muskogee County Emergency Medical Service spokeswoman said Sunday.
The man was hospitalized at Eastar Health System. His name and condition were not available.
The man's car caught fire "by the parking lot by the pond," said the spokeswoman, Delsie Lewis.
Lewis said the call was received by EMS at 9:55 p.m., and that the car was fully engulfed before firefighters put out the blaze.
The man was taken to the hospital with burn injuries in non-emergency status, Lewis said.
