Tahlequah police arrested a man after his daughter died Monday in the hospital.
Cody Butler, 19, was arrested on complaints of child neglect or endangerment and second-degree manslaughter, Tahlequah Police Department spokesman Brad Robertson said.
Butler’s 18-month old daughter died at Tahlequah City Hospital after being found unresponsive in Butler’s vehicle at Norris Park, in Tahlequah.
