CITY COUNCIL AGENDA
• Discuss current financial status of the City of Muskogee budget process for Fiscal Year 2010-2011 and budget priorities.
• Consider holding an executive session to discuss the expedited proposed settlement of the violations resulting from the Environmental Inspection Agency's inspection for the Pollution Control Facility.
PUBLIC WORKS AGENDA
• Approve a resolution declaring the necessity for acquiring sewer easements to facilitate Phase II of the installation and replacement of the Coody Creek Outfall Main.
• Approve a resolution regarding publication of a supplement to the city code.
• Consider approval of the appointment of Janey Cagle Boydston to the Fair Trust Authority Board for a three-year term.
• Consider approval of the appointment of Perline Boyattia to the Street Improvement Advisory Commission, to serve a five-year term.
• Consider approval of destruction of some records of the Finance Department.

• Consider declaring as surplus exercise equipment items from recreation center.
• Consider awarding $185,189.50 construction contract to the low bidder, Tonto Construction Inc., for runway improvements at Davis Field Airport.
• Consider awarding $184,820 construction contract to the low bidder, Cook Construction for wastewater collection system improvements.
• Consider approval of $8,500 professional services contract with Rosin Preservation LLC for Phase 1 of the National Register of Historic Places Application for the Downtown Muskogee Historic District.
• Consider approval of the payment of $709.22 tort claim for Donald R. Sanders for damages resulting from motor vehicle accident occurring on Nov. 16.
