Fort Gibson man dies in wake of crash

A Fort Gibson man who was injured in a motorcycle crash Oct. 24 has died.

Terry Sadler, 64, died Thursday night at St. John Medical Center.

Sadler was driving a motorcycle west on U.S. 62 that evening when he struck a 2003 Jeep Liberty driven by Donna Perry, 48, of Tahlequah.

Perry turned left onto U.S. 62 in front of Sadler’s motorcycle, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.

Perry was treated and released at Tahlequah City Hospital. A 5-year-old passenger in her car was not injured.

The OHP report states Sadler was wearing a helmet.

Services for Sadler will be held at 12:30 p.m. Monday at New Hope Baptist Church under the direction of Bradley Funeral Service of Muskogee.
