The Muskogee City/County Aggressive Crime Enforcement Team arrested a Muskogee woman Wednesday after serving a search warrant.
Leigh Ann Payton, 51, was arrested for possession of controlled dangerous substance — methamphetamine, said Lt. Andy Simmons with the Muskogee Police Department Special Operations Team.
Simmons said the search warrant was served at 2839 Suroya St. about 9:30 a.m.
Payton returns to court for her initial appearance at 3 p.m. today.
