A Eufaula man was sentenced to 46 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance, according to a media release.
Joshua Tyler Anderson, 37, also was sentenced to five years of supervised release, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Anderson was in possession of 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine in November 2007, according to the release.
