At its regular meeting Monday, the Muskogee County Board of Commissioners approved:
• Notice of advertising bid for Muskogee County Health Department advertising campaign.
• Awarding bid to the Hogle Co. for replacement of stainless steel in the jail kitchen. Hogle’s bid was $16,650 and while it was not the lowest, the Sheriff’s Department recommended it be accepted because of their previous experiences with the company. The low bid was $15,175, which was submitted by Young Sheet Metal.
• Signed a disaster declaration for Muskogee County for damages from the Jan. 28 snowstorm.
• Received bids on a pumper truck and a rescue truck for the Webbers Falls Volunteer Fire Department. Bids were tabled for review.
