Three people were charged Thursday in connection with a drug bust Tuesday in Muskogee, and a fourth person was released.
Jeremy Furrh, 31, and Janna Henry, 26, were charged with unlawful possession of controlled drug with intent to distribute, possession of controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
If guilty, Jeremy Furrh and Henry could be punished with a fine of up to $20,000 and/or imprisonment for two years to life.
Louise Ann Furrh, 51, was charged with two counts of possession of controlled dangerous substance and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Janessa Furrh, 27, was arrested Tuesday, but was released Wednesday.
If found guilty, Louise Furrh could face imprisonment for two to 10 years, and/or a fine of up to $5,000.
Jeremy and Louise Furrh and Henry will be in court at 10 a.m. Feb. 13. Henry and Jeremy Furrh are in the Muskogee County/City Detention facility on $10,000 bond. Louise Furrh is there on $5,000 bond.
