Ernest E. Houston of Haskell was charged Thursday with resisting an officer and three drug-related offenses.
Houston, 56 faces:
• Endeavoring to manufacture a controlled dangerous substance with intent to manufacture, a felony.
• Possession of a controlled substance, a misdemeanor.
• Unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
Houston was jailed in the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility in lieu of $100,000 bond.
