Robert Branscum, a 2009 graduate of Fort Gibson High School is one of 18 recipients of a $2,000 FFA Scholarship through AGCO, a worldwide distributor of agriculture equipment and AGCO Finance.
Branscum is the son of Chris and Rhonda Branscum of Fort Gibson and is attending Oklahoma State University. He plans to major in agriculture education and animal science.
“The winners of these scholarships have already demonstrated academic excellence and leadership roles in their schools and communities,” said Robert Crain, senior vice president and general manager of AGCO North America and a member of the FFA Foundation Sponsors Board. “FFA has nurtured and encouraged that excellence and provided opportunities for them to achieve.”
