Muskogee Police officers work with crews from the Muskogee Fire Department and Muskogee County Emergency Medical Services at an accident Tuesday afternoon at Fredonia Street and East Side Boulevard.
Muskogee Police Cpl. Rodger Martinez said a 2006 Scion driven by Clinton Gordon, 24, of Tahlequah, was going east on Fredonia. It pulled in front of a 1999 Ford Explorer driven by Michael Nagel, 24, of Owosso, Mich., which was going south on East Side Boulevard.
Nagel was transported to Muskogee Regional Medical Center with three of his passengers: Heather Darnell, 22, Eufaula, Brenden Nagel, 3, Eufaula, and Gweneth Nagel, 2, Eufaula. The four had non-life threatening injuries, said Muskogee County EMS spokesman Rebecca Smith. They were being treated Tuesday evening, an MRMC spokesman said.
