A Webbers Falls man posted $150,000 bond Tuesday on three felony charges.
Jayson Rex Morton, 39, was charged Monday and appeared in court Tuesday on two counts of first-degree rape and one count of first-degree burglary.
The first rape count alleges Morton used force, threats and violence accompanied by apparent power of execution and anally raped and had sexual penetration with a woman against her will and consent.
The alleged crime occurred between Dec. 1, 2003, and Feb. 28, 2004, the filing states.
The second rape charge alleges the same crime occurred with the same woman between Feb. 1 and June 30, 2009.
Rape in the first-degree is a felony punishable by death or imprisonment in the state penitentiary for not less than five years, the filing states.
An affidavit in the case said the woman told Muskogee County Deputy Dale Perry that Morton had sexually assaulted her over a period of five years.
The first-degree burglary charge states that between May 1, 2008 and Sept. 1, 2008, Morton broke into her house located in rural Webbers Falls. He forcibly entered through the front door and without her consent, with the intent to commit a crime, the filing states.
The crime is punishable by imprisonment for seven to 20 years, the filing states.
