The Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office received an investigation report from Tulsa County on an alleged shaken baby case officials now believe happened in Muskogee on Oct. 17.
The baby, an 11-month-old boy, is believed to have been injured while at a relative’s home near Haskell, said Muskogee County Deputy Coletta Peyton.
She said as soon as she gets through with the investigative report it will be turned over to Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore’s office for possible prosecution.
