• Agreement with Three Rivers Museum. City funds the museum $50,000, under the contract.
• Specifications for process server.
• Request to apply for designation as a Preserve America Community.
• Public hearing on the appeal filed by Jeanetta Hensley, concerning the decision made by the Public Nuisance Board to uphold the condemnation of the structure at 102 Indiana St., and take any necessary action.
• Taking action on the petition from concerned citizens to increase the speed limit from 35 mph to 45 mph on East Hancock Road beginning at Country Club Road and ending at East 55th Street.
• Contract of property insurance of $134,848 for one year with option to renew with Wilcox, Jones and McGrath. Policy runs through Oct. 31, 2010.
