A Cherokee County woman was among those indicted by the November federal grand jury reporting Wednesday.
Tammy Kay Marshall, 48, of Welling, was indicted for allegedly embezzling more than $1,000 and theft from the Cherokee Nation.
Others indicted:
• Jose Alfredo Rodriguez Manzanares, aka Jose Alfredo Rodriguez, 33, arrested in Sequoyah County. Alien in possession of a firearm; alien in possession of ammunition; and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
• Billy Ray Mason, 27, of Tulsa. Felon in possession of a firearm; felon in possession of ammunition; possession of unregistered firearm.
• Jeffrey Langdon Armstrong, 39, of Kemp, Texas. Felon in possession of firearm; felon in possession of ammunition; possession of unregistered firearm.
• Keith Wayne Billie, 40, of Konawa. Embezzlement and theft from an Indian tribal organization.
