WASHINGTON D.C. — U.S. Congressman Dan Boren will hold a telephone town hall at 6:30 p.m. Monday. The session, Boren’s last telephone town hall for 2009, will be one hour.
“These telephone town hall forums have been a very efficient and successful way for me to communicate with constituents that are spread out across the 25 counties of the Second Congressional District and the state on a broad range of issues,” Boren said. “All told, we’ve had nearly 18,000 participants in the first three sessions, and the input and questions I’ve received have greatly assisted with representing the citizens of eastern Oklahoma,” Boren said.
Those wishing to participate should call Boren’s office and provide his or her name, number, and address to be added to the list of participants: 687-2533.
