Air Force Airman 1st Class Mark A. Brown graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
Brown completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Brown is the nephew of Martelia Tate of Muskogee and son of Deborah Ragsdale of Springfield, Mo.
Brown graduated in 2005 from Muskogee High School, and received an associate degree in 2008 from Connors State College, Warner.
