Former Warner City Clerk/Treasurer Carla Reed faces a preliminary hearing at 10 a.m., Jan. 19, in connection with an embezzlement charge filed in October.
Reed remains on $10,000 bond in connection with charges she fraudulently appropriated in excess of $1,000 but less than $25,000 that belonged to the town.
