A Muskogee man pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, according to a media release from Sheldon J. Sperling, U.S. attorney.
Enrique Garcia, 19, who is also known as Kiki, will be sentenced following a presentence investigation. He was indicted in August.
The Indictment alleged that on May 19, during a traffic stop near Hulbert, Garcia was found in possession of approximately 121 grams of methamphetamine, the release states.
At sentencing, Garcia could receive from five to 40 years in prison and up to $2 million in fines.
