A former Choctaw County deputy sheriff has been convicted in U.S. District Court in Muskogee of assaulting a man on a traffic stop and beating two county jail inmates, said Sheldon J. Sperling, U.S. Attorney.
Ben Wesley Milner, 55, of Fort Towson, will be sentenced after a presentence investigation.
