During its regular meeting Monday, the Muskogee County Board of Commissioners:
Approved:
• Claims, monthly reports and purchase orders.
• Resolutions declaring a six-drawer double cabinet and copy machine surplus to the needs of the county clerk, a computer surplus to the needs of District 3, and a 1985 Pierce Arrow Dash pumper/tanker surplus to the needs of Council Hill Fire Department and authorizing disposition of said property.
• Payment of an invoice from Eastern Oklahoma Development District for fiscal year 2013 membership dues.
• Payment of an invoice from Holloway Updike & Bellen for engineering work done on District 2 bridge project.
• Receipt of a report from Virginia Stanley of the Oklahoma State University Extension Office.
• Discussion but took no action regarding the development of a trash cop program.
• Discussion but took no action regarding the proposed relocation of the Muskogee County Regional Juvenile Detention Center.
