New business: LoganDale Properties

— Name of business: LoganDale Properties LLC.

Company address: 4305 W. Okmulgee Ave.

Hours and days open for business: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Type of service offered: LoganDale Apartments consist of 32 Class “A” apartments. We offer large one-bedroom, one-bath; and large two-bedroom, two-bath units. All units have full-size washer/dryer hookups, wood floors, ceramic tile, microwaves, large balconies and large kitchens.

Key personnel: Leasing and maintenance operations are run out of the office at Oaks (next door to LoganDale). The staff is composed of Muskogee residents, led by Brittany Ballard. LynCo Inc. is the management agent for LoganDale; it has worked with the ownership for 15 years.

Experience: The owners have more than 35 years of experience in multifamily housing. They have had assets in Muskogee since 2004, and this is the fourth asset  under their ownership in Muskogee.

Number of employees: Three.

Why did you locate in Muskogee?: Because of our past experience in Muskogee since 2004 and having ownership in approximately 300 multifamily units in town. We feel Muskogee is a great town and was in need of some Class “A” apartments.
