Eufaula man guilty on drug charges

A Eufaula man was sentenced Thursday in federal court after being convicted on drug charges, according to a media release from the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Thomas Eugene Corley, 52, was sentenced to 108 months in prison followed by 60 months of supervised release, the release states.

Corley was found guilty of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute controlled dangerous substances.

The indictment alleged Corley conspired to possess and distribute “500 grams or more” of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine.

The actions allegedly occurred between October 2006 and December 2010.
