Muskogee police Lt. Bobby Lee said officers arrested a man they believe was responsible for Wednesday’s armed robbery of a gas station.
Lee said Willie Deon Washington, 20, was arrested early Thursday on a complaint of suspicion of armed robbery with a gun. Police believe two other subjects were possibly involved in the robbery as well, but no other arrests have been made as of Friday afternoon.
Washington allegedly robbed the Pop-N-Go gas station at 609 S. Junction St. about 7 p.m. Wednesday.
