Warner Meet the Teacher night set Aug. 7

Warner Public Schools Meet the Teacher Night will be from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Aug.7. All parents and students are encouraged to attend. During this time, Johnson-O’Malley school supplies will be distributed.

The office will be open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. until Friday  for pre-enrollment for new students in the elementary. A child must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2012. Parents must bring a birth certificate, current shot record, Social Security card, CDIB Card (if applicable), Sooner Care card (if applicable), health insurance card, proof of income, and a utility bill or lease agreement with physical address (no post office box) to show proof of residency in the district. Children do not have to be present to enroll.

High school enrollment will be from 4:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday, and students must be present.

The Netbook insurance fee of $15 needs to also be paid for every student. All students involved in extracurricular activities will be drug tested as well. JOM supplies will also be distributed for grades seven-12 during enrollment.
