VA Center to offer flu shots

— The Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center will hold a free flu shot clinic for enrolled veterans from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Oct. 1 to Oct. 5 in the hospital’s second floor auditorium, 1011 Honor Heights Drive. Veterans do not need to make an appointment and can receive a flu shot on a walk-in basis.

Veterans can also receive a flu shot by scheduling an appointment with their primary care provider. The vaccine contains both the seasonal flu vaccine and the H1N1 vaccine.
