A Muskogee man has pleaded guilty in federal court to possession of material involving sexual exploitation of minors.
An indictment alleged that Wade Allen Rogers, who had been convicted of lewd or indecent proposals or acts to a child, “did knowingly possess and attempt to possess matters which contained visual depictions and the production of said visual depictions involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.”
The indictment stated the images were transported in interstate commerce by computer.
Rogers, 47, faces up to 10 years in prison and up to a $250,000 fine.
