A Muskogee man was charged Friday with three drug charges in connection with a raid Tuesday.
Robert Furrh, 50, was charged in Muskogee County District Court with one felony count of possession of controlled dangerous substance, one misdemeanor count of possession of controlled dangerous substance and one count of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
Furrh is the fourth person charged in Tuesday’s raid. Jeremy Furrh, Janna Henry and Louise Ann Furrh were charged Thursday.
Robert Furrh is out on $5,000 bond from the Muskogee County/City Detention Facility. A sounding docket is set for 10 a.m. Feb. 16. At that time, a date will be set for testimony.
If found guilty, Furrh could spend up to 10 years in jail and/or be fined up to $5,000.
