Save Our Water cancels meetings

Save Our Water, a Eufaula-based water conservation group, canceled its regular monthly meeting scheduled Thursday and a second one in December.

Don Edgar, a spokesman for the organization said the group’s next meeting will be Jan. 17. Edgar said the group hopes to have a guest speaker who represents the oil and gas industry.

Save Our Water regularly meets on the third Thursday of each month. Meetings are at 8 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 220 S. Main St. in Eufaula.
