A Muskogee man was sentenced to 123 months in prison for possession of material Involving the sexual exploitation of minors, according to a media release.
Wade Allen Rogers, 47, also was sentenced to five years of supervised release, according to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
Rogers pleaded guilty in July 2012.
According to the release, Rogers:
• Possessed and attempted to possess materials that contained visual depictions involving the use of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct; and
• Transported said visual depictions in interstate commerce by computer.
