— Construction workers working on new apartments at 43rd Street and West Okmulgee Avenue in Muskogee carry lumber as others begin erecting walls on the bottom floor. The complex will be called Logandale Apartments and is owned and managed by Lynco Inc., which also owns The Oaks and Silver Oaks apartment complexes. Oaks Manager Brittany Ballard said there will be 32 units, with one or two bedrooms at Logandale. The existing apartments have a waiting list most of the time, she said, and the owners felt an expansion would be beneficial for the community. Information: (918) 687-8352.
