Muskogee residents can clean out surplus pesticides, oil-based paints and other potential pollutants at an event Saturday by the Muskogee Public Works Department’s Stormwater Division.
Tires, except tractor and large implement tires also will be accepted if they are not mounted on rims.
Residents must show a current city water bill receipt to participate, said Francie Martin, event coordinator.

Products should be kept in their original containers if possible. Up to three computers or TV sets per household also will be accepted for recycling.
