Muskogee Police are investigating a two-car accident that sent one car crashing through the window of the Kids & More Consignment Shop and a woman to Muskogee Regional Medical Center.
The accident occurred at around 11:45 a.m. Friday when a 1992 Lincoln Town Car driven by Jerrold Johnson, 23, of Tulsa, and a Mercury Grand Marquis driven by Beatrice Henry collided at the corner of Cherokee Street and Okmulgee Avenue.
Muskogee Police Officer Pedro Zardeneta said witness accounts differ on how the accident occurred.
Henry was transported to Muskogee Regional Medical Center.
Shanna Allen, whose mother-in-law operates Kids & More, said she was driving up to the store to open it at noon when she saw the flashing lights of emergency vehicles.
