P.M. UPDATE: World War II Braggs veterans sought

Names of World War II veterans who were reared in Braggs, were married to someone from Braggs or who later moved to Braggs are being sought to be included on a monument there.

The monument will be built with proceeds from a series of books on Braggs history, said Pat Isbell, who is coordinating the project locally.

Hopefully, the monument will be ready by Memorial Day, Isbell said.

Many names have been collected and are included with this article. Isbell said anyone who knows of a name that has been left off should call here at 487-5692 or 869-1986 within the next few days to get that name added to the list.
