Porum Elementary will be holding screenings for 4-year-olds from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. April 17 at the Porum School library.
Children must be 4 years old by Sept. 1.
Parents/guardians need to bring a copy of the child’s birth certificate, current shot record, Social Security card, a copy of a medical card (SoonerCare, CDIB or insurance) and a copy of a utility bill. Residency-transfers will be welcome; however, Porum children will be served first.
