OKLAHOMA CITY — The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Commission met Wednesday morning at the First National Center for its regularly scheduled meeting.
Commissioners voted to approve a new lease assignment and term extension for the Pine Cove Marina at Tenkiller State Park. L.J.H. Ltd. has held the lease since 1987, which includes the marina operation, rental and repair of boats and motors, sale of petroleum products, snacks, supplies, bait and a full service restaurant.
Jerry Simon and Joe Simon of Vian will take over the assignment of the lease, and the new expiration date of the lease has been extended to July 31, 2029.
