Prosecutors in Pennsylvania delayed the scheduled Wednesday preliminary hearing for a Muskogee man charged with numerous sex-related charges involving a male juvenile.
A new hearing date of March 25 was set.
Court documents in Pennsylvania reflect Roger Bingham, 37, allegedly confirmed a 15-year-old North Apollo, Pa., boy’s statements to police there about meeting Bingham after they communicated via the Internet and about a sexual relationship.
Bingham remains in Armstrong County Jail in Pennsylvania in lieu of $125,000 bond.
Bingham, a longtime Muskogee resident, has been charged in Muskogee County District Court with 26 counts of oral sodomy against one or more juveniles in Muskogee County.
