OKLAHOMA CITY — Rylan Price, third-grader at Stigler Elementary School, served Feb. 17 as a personal page to the Oklahoma House of Representatives, sponsored by Rep. Ed Cannaday, D-Porum.
Rylan sat with Cannaday at his desk on the House floor and witnessed the discussion of several House bills and also took a tour of the Oklahoma State Capitol.
“Paging at the capitol is a great learning experience for our young people,” Cannaday said. “They are able to see the legislative process first-hand and also become an important part of this process. I’m so glad Rylan got to come and enjoy this experience with me.”
Rylan is the son of Justin and Edie Price of Stigler.
