At its regular meeting Monday, the Muskogee County Board of Commissioners approved:
• Eastern Oklahoma Development District to release a 911 Roads Data Set to Cherokee Nation Geo Data Center for establishing their 14-county 911 system.
• Planting tulip bulbs around the courthouse by Downtown Muskogee Inc.
