A Muskogee man was arrested Tuesday when the Muskogee Police Special Investigations Unit executed a search warrant at his home.
Police Lt. Bryan Stark said eight guns, four ounces of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, including scales and pipes, were confiscated.
Brian Allen Miller, 30, was arrested at his home on Delaware Street, where the warrant was executed at 12:05 p.m., Stark said.
Miller was jailed on suspicion of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony and possession of drug paraphernalia.
One of the eight guns was loaded and locked in a safe in the house. It was stored beside most of the marijuana, Stark said. Other small amounts of marijuana were found elsewhere in the house, he said.
Miller is expected to go before a judge at 3 p.m. today, at which time bond will be discussed.
