An Arkansas man was killed Thursday afternoon when he crashed the motorcycle he was driving in Adair County, according to an Oklahoma Highway Patrol report.
Monty Opal Geurian, 55, of Greenwood, Ark., died at 5:15 p.m. on U.S. 59 approximately 11 miles south of Stilwell, the OHP report states. Geurian was driving a 2003 Harley-Davidson southbound on the two-lane highway when he missed a curve and ran off the right side of the road. He was thrown approximately 15 feet. He died at scene from massive head and internal trunk injuries. He was not wearing a helmet, the report also states.
