The Oklahoma School for the Blind is teaming up with Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) to host a blood drive from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday in Lowry Hall at the school.
All healthy, Muskogee-area residents, 17 and older, are encouraged to give blood.
Donors will receive Oklahoma Blood Institute University of Oklahoma crimson and Oklahoma State University orange donor T-shirts. Members for Life points for use in the OBI online store and free, health check readings will also be offered.
The school’s Family, Career and Community Leaders of America group is sponsoring the drive. Donors needing more information about the drive or wanting to schedule an appointment may contact Allison Garner at the school at 781-8200.
