Grace Living Center in Muskogee has been honored as one of the best nursing homes in the country, being named one of only 299 nursing homes in the nation to receive the Excellence in Action Award.
The Excellence in Action award recognizes those nursing homes nationwide that have made a commitment to continuous quality improvement and have made quality a priority to better serve their customers’ needs. The award is given by My InnerView, an independent research firm that maintains the senior care profession’s largest private database of quality customer and workforce satisfaction metrics.
“This year’s award recipients demonstrate their dedication to excellence in quality,” said Brad Shiverick, chief quality officer, My InnerView. “The facilities receiving the Excellence in Action award have achieved high levels of excellence in overall facility quality by having overall resident and family satisfaction levels fall within the top 10 percent of My InnerView’s customer database.”
