Larry Sholes, new principal at Rougher Alternative Academy, invites parents, students and patrons for an open house from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
The school, at 600 Altamont St., will be the site for a cookout and live music. The National Guard will set up their portable climbing wall and booths, with representatives from local agencies available.
