Muskogee County Republicans will hold a picnic and voter registration drive at 5:30 p.m. Sept. 15.
Admission to the picnic is free, but donations will be accepted.
State Sen. Steve Russell, D-Oklahoma City will be guest speaker.
He is a 21-year U.S. Army veteran who led the effort to remove Saddam Hussein from his place of hiding in Iraq.
