During its regular meeting Monday, the Muskogee City Council:
• Approved all items identified on the consent agenda.
• Approved the appointment of John Schilt, David Jones and Richard Haugland to serve four-year terms as city appointees to the Muskogee City-County Port Authority and the Muskogee City County Trust Port Authority as recommended by the Public Works Committee.
• Approved an ordinance regulating adult-oriented enterprises and where they can operate.
• Approved tort claim made by Chris Marshall for vehicle damage by a city vehicle in the amount of $1,027.50.
• Approved the appointment of Jim Ritchey as vice chairman for the Public Works Committee.
• Approved an interlocal agreement with the county for regional 911 center.
• Approved the appointment of Councilman Shawn Raper to a review committee to evaluate the proposal to create tax incentive district No. 3.
