A federal investigator says a report on a deadly plane crash in Muskogee is due to be released.
National Transportation Safety Board investigator Dan Baker says a preliminary report is expected to be released Thursday and a factual report will be released in three to six months.
Investigators say Ron Dickey of Williston, Tenn., died when the plane crashed into a vacant lot Monday.
Baker says Dickey was headed for Borger, Texas, in the Texas Panhandle.
